Security deposit
Fully refundable $1000 security deposit. Security deposit will be returned in full as long as the cottage is returned to the way it was found without any damage or excessive mess.
Payment plans, Cancelation policy and Contract
Payment plans are available. All bookings are final, we do not provide refunds on the rental portion of bookings. All bookings require a signed contract.
Optional Add Ons
Pet fee $100 (up to two pets, cats or dogs only) please contact if you have more pets
Inflatable hot tub $120 set up fee and $10 per day electricity usage fee- Prior to check-in, the hot tub is drained, refilled with fresh water, and fitted with a new filter (one-time replacement). The hot tub will not reach full temperature on the first day, as it requires approximately 24 hours to heat.
A parking pass is available with a $300 fully refundable deposit made prior to check-in. This parking pass allows parking at Tiny's permit parking beaches, including the Thunder Beach public beach at the end of County Rd 6 (Chemin Du Loup). If you require a parking pass (optional), please send us $300 as a deposit via Interac. We refund the $300 within five business days through Interac. Parking pass/es not returned at checkout time will result in the deposit NOT being refunded. Parking passes are not required at our private beach.
Snow shoe rental $15 per pair per day.

Our neighbours’ quiet enjoyment is of utmost importance to us. Respecting noise bylaws is a requirement.

You can only bring the number of people agreed upon at time of booking. If six people were agreed upon, this means only six people can be on the property, no additional people are to visit, even for a few seconds. Booking guest must accurately indicate at time of booking how many adults, infants, children, and total number pets will be attending the property.

Fires are only permitted at the designated fire pit. Fires must be completely extinguished when unattended. NO FIRES when winds exceed 10 km/h. NO FIRES during a FIRE BAN. It is the responsibility of the booking guest to make sure they are abiding to all fire bylaws. FIREWORKS AND SPARKLERS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

Only cats and dogs are permitted on the property.
At time of booking, number of pets must be outlined. The pet fee for up to two pets is $100.
If you would like to bring more than two pets, please contact us.
Pet(s) cannot be unattended unless left in a kennel. Any damages caused by pets will incur additional repair fees.
Improper pet feces removal will result in a cleaning fee.

The water is fully safe to drink, it does have an odor due to the minerals in the water. It is recommended for those who are unaccustomed to well water to bring bottled water.
Please remember that in many rural areas in Ontario we have mosquitos and flies. Insect repellent is a good product that should be brought with you.
Outdoor furniture is put away in the off-season (Nov 1 to May 1).
Barbecue is left outside year-round.
Private beach is not maintained in the winter. No snow removal is done at the private beach.One garbage bag is permitted per week. Additional garbage bags are $50 per bag to cover removal costs.
